These terms govern your use of the Qlur pre-launch website and waitlist. The Qlur product is not yet publicly available; separate product terms may apply when access begins.
Art. 01Acceptance
By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit your email address.
Art. 02The pre-launch service
Qlur is being built as a personal layer for capture, memory, and follow-through. This website provides limited information about the project and lets you request launch updates or early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, or product availability.
Art. 03Waitlist communications
By joining, you ask QLUR LLC to send you launch information and access invitations. You can unsubscribe through any email we send or by contacting us. You may not submit someone else’s address without permission.
Art. 04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with, probe, or bypass the website’s security or access controls;
- use automated systems to abuse the waitlist or disrupt the service;
- submit unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading information; or
- copy or use Qlur branding in a way that suggests endorsement.
Art. 05Intellectual property
The website, Qlur name, visual identity, copy, and underlying technology are owned by QLUR LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you ownership or a license beyond the limited right to use the website as intended.
Art. 06Feedback
If you voluntarily share ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Please do not send confidential information through the waitlist form.
Art. 07Disclaimer
THE WEBSITE AND WAITLIST ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QLUR LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Art. 08Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QLUR LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR WAITLIST.
Art. 09Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or waitlist at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.
Art. 10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
